April Grist was raised and currently resides in a small mountain rural community located in the North Eastern region of Alabama which borders the Tennessee and Georgia state lines. The tri-state area where April is familiar holds unique qualities in its diverse terrain and natural beauty. April has a vast knowledge of this land in contrast to its beautiful surroundings. She experiences this beauty on a daily basis as her daily commute ranges from high mountain peaks to low lying valleys that run alongside the beautiful Tennessee River. April’s knowledge of this area has contributed to her success as a Land Specialist and has given her the opportunity to share her in depth information with her clients. Through ambition, dedication, and extended experience, April has developed a strong sense of awareness for her client’s needs. April realizes the importance of finding the correct property that best suit one’s needs on a personal level as well. With just recently experiencing the buying process, April and her family have found what they now call home.
